Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available online via our official website or at the entrance on the day of the event (if not sold out).
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets are not personalized and can be transferred to another person.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you are welcome to transfer them to someone else.
Do kids need tickets?
Children under 6 enter for free without a ticket. Older kids need a regular ticket.
Will there be tea available to purchase?
Yes! Over 40 tea vendors will be selling teas, accessories, and snacks throughout the festival.
Will there be food available?
Yes, we’ll have a dedicated food area, including vegetarian and vegan options.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The festival will take place indoors.
Can I pay by card?
Many vendors accept cards, but having some cash is recommended just in case.
Can I leave and return to the festival on the same day?
Yes, day-pass holders may re-enter on the same day – just keep your wristband or ticket.
