Questionnaire

If you want to participate in the festival as a vendor, please fill out this questionnaire – we’ll contact you with all the details.

The essence of the festival lies in small, unique, and niche tea stories.
Our goal is to create a space where small producers and distinctive brands can be heard, seen, and meet like-minded tea lovers.
For this reason, large international or national companies do not participate as regular exhibitors.
However, they are welcome to contribute as sponsors, helping us shape the festival while preserving its authentic atmosphere.
If you are a well-known brand and would like to be part of the festival, get in touch with us – we’ll share our partnership opportunities and sponsorship options.

Terms & Conditions

Exhibitors are responsible for:

  • Keeping their exhibit open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on both days to provide a complete experience for attendees
  • Adhering to all Food Safety Guidelines.

Time Schedule:
—Saturday, October 18, 2025
Setup Booth: 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Clean up: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

—Sunday, October 19, 2026
Restock Booth: 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Tear Down: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Cancellation Policy: No refunds for registration will be issued after September 15, 2025.

Exhibitor space includes the following:

  • One 120cm table
  • One Chair
  • Access to tap water
  • Access to boiling water

Exhibitor space does NOT include:

  • Preparation supplies and accessories (such as teapots, sample cups, napkins, etc)
  • Payment system, floats/change, credit/interact terminals
  • Tablecloths
  • Dishwasher and kitchen facilities
  • Parking
  • Garbage can
