2. Schedule & Timing

Public Hours

  • Saturday: 11:00 – 18:00
  • Sunday: 11:00 – 18:00

Setup & Pack-down

  • Saturday Setup: 8:30 – 10:30 (arrival no later than 9:30)
  • Sunday Setup: 9:00 – 10:30
  • Tidy up: 18:00 – 19:00
Important: All stands must be fully prepared before the public arrives. Late openings on Saturday or early dismantling on Sunday may restrict your participation in future events.

3. Logistics: Arrival, Unloading & Parking

Access & Unloading

  • Access Rules: Vehicle access is permitted strictly for short-term loading and unloading. Vehicles must be removed immediately after unloading.
  • Logistics Path: Unloading takes place through the museum courtyard. Items must be carried through the main entrance (approx. 50 meters).

Parking

Permanent on-site parking is not available. Parking is only allowed with an ARKANGELO permit for unloading. It is highly recommended to use public paid parking spaces.

4. Booth Setup & Equipment

Provided Equipment

  • 1 Table (120×60 cm)
  • Chair
  • Tablecloth
  • 1.5 L Water (Akvilė)
  • Access to hot water

Participant Rules

  • Own Tables: Using your own tables is strictly prohibited. If you require more space, shelving units are recommended.
  • Extra Equipment: Participants are fully responsible for any additional equipment they bring.

5. Tea Preparation & Utilities

  • Electrical capacity is limited. Industrial heating devices are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in advance. Standard kettles are permitted.
  • A centralized hot water station is provided.
  • Tea waste and wastewater must be disposed of exclusively in designated containers. Do not pour waste into standard sinks or toilets.
  • Open flames are strictly prohibited.

6. Venue Regulations & Care

  • Participants must maintain cleanliness at their booth. Following the event, the space must be left in the exact same condition as it was found.
  • Because the festival takes place in a museum environment, all chairs, tables, and personal items must be kept away from the walls. Attaching items to walls or using adhesives is strictly prohibited.
  • Full compliance with the official Arkangelo Centre rules is mandatory.

7. Security & Liability

  • Overnight Storage: Booth setups may remain in place overnight. However, organizers take no responsibility for valuable items.
  • Liability: Participants are fully responsible for their own equipment and products. The organizers bear no liability for any loss, theft, or damage.
